The survey seeks to collect citizens’ opinions, experiences, and suggestions to identify areas that function effectively, as well as those that require improvement — with the ultimate goal of enhancing the quality of healthcare services for all.

The CyFPA survey aims to examine:

• The personal experiences of beneficiaries regarding the use of Personal Doctor (PD) services within the GHS framework.
• The way and degree of communication between beneficiaries and their PD.
• The experiences of individuals with chronic conditions.
• The level of public awareness regarding the capabilities and services of the GHS.
  • Possible areas for improvement and strengthening of the patient–PD relationship.

Participation is anonymous, and completing the questionnaire takes only a few minutes.
Collecting as many responses as possible will help achieve a more accurate and comprehensive depiction of the real situation, which will serve as a powerful tool in OSAC’s hands.
